Ethos

Kilfarrasy’s mission is to make soaps that are truly beneficial to your skin yet kind to the earth, to enhance your self-care ritual in an entirely guilt-free way! Their soaps are vegan, sustainable and cruelty-free. Each bar is a little celebration of the raw power of nature – an homage to the abundant gifts of our natural environment.

Oils

Kilfarrasy use only the finest natural ingredients (organic where possible) – a unique mix of plant-based oils and butters to achieve a perfect balance of moisturising properties, conditioning, lather and firmness. Because of the rich oil content, their soaps won’t dry your skin, but instead leave it feeling beautifully moisturised.

Process

Kilfarrasy soap is handcrafted in small batches using traditional cold process methods. Each soap is cut individually, cured for six weeks and hand-wrapped in paper.

Scents

Kilfarrasy soaps contain only pure essential oils – never synthetic fragrance oils – to deliver specific beneficial aromatherapeutic properties.

Additives

They don’t use colourants or any unnecessary additives. It’s their belief that all ingredients should serve the exclusive purpose of making your skin feel and look fantastic!

Local

To keep our environmental footprint to a minimum, Kilfarrasy aim to source and sell as locally as possible. They use a wealth of natural ingredients sourced in Waterford, like organic seaweed gathered from the Atlantic Copper Coast in Waterford and local Flahavans Organic Oats.

Weight

Soaps are available in 100g bars. Weight is approximate as bars are cut by hand, which results in some variation in size. Natural shrinkage may occur over time.
